TecnoCarreteras es un proyecto de la empresa ITERNOVA para dar a conocer todas aquellas iniciativas y casos de éxito relacionados con el uso eficiente de las nuevas tecnologías en la gestión y explotación de las carreteras. La empresa ITERNOVA es la desarrolladora del Sistema Web de Gestión de Carreteras (SGWC), que permite llevar una gestión integral de la explotación de las mismas, estando implantado en la mayor parte del territorio nacional. Junto con este sistema, también ha desarrollado otros productos para la gestión de aspectos concretos de la explotación de carreteras, como son el sistema INFOSEG2010 (sistema estándar utilizado por los sectores de conservación de carreteras para el Seguimiento de Contratos de explotación y conservación), y la Agenda de Carreteras.
